Restarting Europe - Central European Perspective

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy is organizing 17th year of the European Summer School in Prague. EUROPEUM is think-tank based in Prague which is organizing a different kind of programs, public and non-public events, undertaking a research which is connected to the European integration process. This year´s European Summer School will take part from June 13 to June 20, 2019. The program is focused on the contemporary situation and issues which the EU faces, including reformation processes and position of the states located in the Central Europe. The European Summer School is organized in companionship with Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic in collaboration with Prague College and Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague.

The European Summer School in Prague is an intensive 7-day learning programme focused on European integration. It is organized by one of the leading think-tanks in Central Europe, EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy, in co-operation with Prague College and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University. This year’s European Summer School runs under the title “Restarting Europe: Central European Perspective”. What will the European Union look like in the upcoming years? Is the topic of migration going to leave an imprint on its development? How to understand the Central Europe? Where do the EU member states stand in terms of competitiveness? And what is the Union’s position as a global actor? Find out in Prague, at the 17th annual European Summer School.
