Czech Christmas Party

Celebrate the holidays at the Bohemian National Hall with traditional Christmas music by mezzo-soprano Pavlina Horakova accompanied by special musicians and young choristers from the Czech & Slovak School in Queens, plus a festive dance finale. Shop for gifts at the Christmas Market and enjoy a children’s film screening of the Czech classic Tří Oříšky pro Popelku (Three Wishes for Cinderella, with English subtitles). Fun for all ages!

Pavlina Horakova is a Czech mezzo-soprano who performs her wide repertoire of classical and popular music in the United States and abroad. She holds a Master’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music and studied at the Prague Conservatory. She will be accompanied by pianist Drew Spradlin, violist Matthew Sinno, and vocalists Julia Partyka and Nadia Sepsenwol.
