GREGOR

InVersion presents a staged reading of Gregor adapted by William Steinberger & the whole InVersion crew, from Franz Kafka’s THE METAMORPHOSIS.

Gregor is a young college grad with a liberal arts degree, student loans, a family he adores, a job he despises, and a dream. Then one day he wakes up and he’s a cockroach.

This tale of family, labor, and arthropods is brought to you by an intergalactic troupe of actor-bureaucrats guaranteed to show you a rollicking good time. Get ready for a vaudevillian romp replete with drunk puppets, accents of dubious Continental origin, the Bitcoin market, inept parents (who mean well!), AirBnB guests from hell, and so much more.

Ring in THE METAMORPHOSIS’ 100th-ish birthday with the InVersion crew. Q+A with the producer, director and performers.

GREGOR plays April 28th - May 8th at the Access Theater in Tribeca
