Aug 26, 2010 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

The aim of the project is to create a site specific performance in The Czech Center New York. A group of artists from Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and New York will explore the history of the CCNY in New York in the context of the whole Manhattan. It will also focus on the connections between Czech and American culture. On this basis, an art performance will be created directly in the space of CCNY (3D objects, video-projections, performance, dance, music, exhibition, slam poetry, documents). Visitors will be enabled to participate in the installation interactively and to co-create it. The preparation was divided into two parts: from March to July in Prague and the whole August in New York City.
