PETER MACEČEK - Memories of Prague

Renowned Czech violinist, Petr Maceček will join the chamber music ensemble, Poetica Musica including Maria Antonia Garcia, pianist and Eleanor Valkenburg, soprano. The concert will feature Sonatina in G Major by Antonín Dvořák; Sonata No 2 in A Major, Opus 100 by Johannes Brahms; Songs on One Page by Bohuslav Martinu; Violin Sonata, No 9 in A Major "Kreutzer" by Ludwig van Beethoven. Mr. Maceček is one of the Czech Republic's most distinguished violinists. Poetica Musica is a consortium of internationally known musicians who individually and collectively have performed at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, festivals and orchestras including the New York Philharmonic Orchestra and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
