Polite Homolka

The second part of the trilogy about the Homolka family. This time we get to know the aged parents of grandmother Homolka, who live in a southern Bohemian village. The Homolkas head there in their new car one Sunday in order to say their farewells to the ailing great-grandfather who is allegedly at death’s door…While the great-grandfather and his old friends cheerfully drink to a beautiful life, back at the house, more hassle and quarrel take off.

Capacity is limited and seating is on a first come-first served basis. We dont take any reservations.

Maximum occupancy capacity of the rooftop, determined by the New York City Fire Department, is 74 persons. There are 54 seats and 20 standing-room-only spaces on the rooftop. This capacity cannot be exceeded.

The Czech Center New York is not involved in chair distribution as seating is on a first come-first served basis.

In case of inclement weather the film will be screened inside in the Czech Center Cinema at 8:30pm.
